I can’t pay. Your store cancels my payment. What to do?
Your bank thinks it’s a fraud payment, so it blocks your card. Please, contact your bank.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest. We do recommend you to create an account in order to get points, check order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start shipping it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s shipped.
Can I change my order?
Yes, we’re able to modify your order while processing it if it has the same price. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please contact us email@example.com
Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final
Can I merge my orders
Yes, If your orders are not shipped yet. We will refund second shipping price
How long delivery takes?
North America = 2-4 weeks
Europe = 2-4 weeks
Asia = 4-6 weeks
South America = 4-6 weeks
Others = 3-5 weeks
Do you ship to my country?
We ship almost everywhere. If you find your country in checkout, then it’s available!

Will my order comes with tracking number?
Yes! All orders comes with tracking numbers. You receive it once I ship your order.
My parcel is damaged. What to do?
If your parcel arrived damaged, DO NOT OPEN IT! Contact your postal office and report them about it. So I can receive refund and send it to you. We can’t refund orders if parcels were opened
My parcel is stolen. What to do?
Report about it in postal office. They have to send you refund
I received incorrect/missed items in my order. What to do?
